It is a role which means that it must keep an eye on a multitude of new sports.

And despite always a weakness for the track bike, Kenny revealed that his eldest son Albie influenced his interest this year, his own ambitions of athletics pivoting the athletics track.

“I obviously always watched athletics, but last year, when we watched the Olympic Games, my elder Albie, was so interested in the race,” she said.

“So. I think that’s what I am most excited to see, more for its side.

“I am excited to see him look again at a little live sport, because he does not look much.

“This is the way I was inspired as a child, so I hope it could inspire him. He continues to ask an athletics club anyway.”
