Graham Potter insisted that Lucas Paqueta is “happy and committed” in West Ham after the Brazilian midfielder was rid of alleged violations of the Paris association regulations.
Paqueta faced a potential life ban before ensuring that his name was erased this week from the stitching of the points that had hung on him for two years.

The situation ended the hope of a great move to Manchester City.
But despite the rumors that the Brazilian could leave West Ham before the end of the transfer window, Potter firmly hopes that he remains.
“These things that you never know with certainty, obviously, because everything can happen in the window with anyone,” said the director of West Ham.
“But at the same time, the news we have had is simply incredibly positive, because if it had gone in the other direction, there is a whole other question of questions.
“Lucas is happy, Lucas is committed, Lucas is an important person in the locker room, an important person from the club.

“We love him and we just wanted to help him enjoy his football.”

Package lawyer Alastair Campbell, partner of the law firm, said that the case had made a heavy price on Pacouta and had indeed cost him the medal of a winner of the title of Premier League. He was on the brink of 85 million pounds sterling in the city when the charges were announced in August 2023.

Potter, who signed the former Newcastle Callum Wilson striker on a free transfer, confirmed that Michail Antonio will not be part of his first team team after recovering from his car accident.
The 35 -year -old Jamaica striker faced a potential end -of -career leg operation after a car accident in December, but played for his nation adopted in Gold Cup this summer. He is now without a contract.
