Chelsea gave authorization to Ugochukwu, who spent last season on loan to Southampton, to go to Burnley to undergo a medical and to conclude a permanent transfer to Turf Moor.
Ugochukwu has failed to settle in Chelsea since its move to Stamford Bridge in a contract of 23 million pounds Sterling in Rennes.

Broja was also informed that he could leave Chelsea, who also sold Bashir Humphreys in Burnley for 14 million pounds Sterling this summer.
Everton is in talks to sign Dewsbury-Hall after having rejected a second offer for the Southampton winger Tyler Dibling.
Dewsbury-Hall only joined Chelsea last summer and made 36 appearances, but only started two Premier League games.

The Blues have already sold Djordje Petrovic, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Noni Madueke, Joao Felix and Ishe Samuels-Smith this summer.
Chelsea spent more than 200 million pounds Sterling this summer on Liam Delap, Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro, Dario Essugo, Estevao Willian and Jorrel Hato.
They are in talks to sign Xavi Simons and continue to be linked to Alejandro Garnacho.
Chelsea is under pressure from UEFA to get out of this transfer window with a “positive transfer balance” as part of the sanctions for breaking the financial rules.
